We collect this directly from you — through our contact forms, phone, email, or in person — and only ever what we need to provide a quote, carry out the work, and keep you updated. This may include details about the job itself, the property address for site visits and scheduling, and payment or invoicing information where relevant.
We use your information to provide quotes, schedule and carry out electrical work, issue invoices and Certificates of Compliance, and communicate with you about your job. We don't use your information for anything beyond delivering our services to you.

We may share it with trusted third parties only where it's necessary to deliver our services — for example, subcontractors or trade partners working on your job, our accounting and job-management software, Gulf Solar where you've asked us to connect you for a solar enquiry, or regulatory bodies where required by law (such as for a Certificate of Compliance).
