Onetangi Estate is a new-build luxury home and self-contained cottage set above Onetangi Beach on Waiheke Island. Integrated Electrical was engaged to deliver the full electrical installation across the build — from initial rough-in through to final fit-out of the main residence, cottage and grounds.
The home's cast-in-situ concrete walls set the pace of the entire project: every conduit run, cable position and power point had to be finalised and set out months before the concrete was poured, with no opportunity to make changes once the pour was complete. Working closely with the architect and builder from the earliest design stages, we mapped the full electrical layout — lighting, power, data and outdoor circuits — well ahead of schedule, to make sure every position was right the first time.
The result is a home where the electrical infrastructure sits seamlessly within the concrete form — no surface-mounted conduit, no compromises, and a lighting and power layout considered down to the last outlet.
